Purchase Orders: Prime Construction Products, Inc. accepts requests for purchase orders from corporations, government, schools and other institutions. Please mail your PO and accompanying credit references to P.O. Box 1844 Medina, Ohio 44258 or fax to 330-598-1046. We request that your Purchase Order Form be from your company’s accounting department.  Purchase Orders must be signed along with a contact name and phone number, ship to and bill to address, and detailed product information. PO processing takes 2 – 5 business days on average.

Returns and Exchanges:  Prime Construction Products are sold with a 30 day, money back guarantee. If you’re not 100% satisfied with our product, please return it for a full refund.

Prime Construction Products Inc. Return Policy: Any item that has been printed with a Logo cannot be returned. All returns must be made within 30 days from the product receipt date. Prime Construction Product must be notified wihtin 10 days of product receipt of any issues. For all return merchandise, instructions regarding your return will be faxes or emailed. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, as well as any applicable shipping or handling charges. Any item not returned in it’s original condition will be subject to additional charges. These fees may be waved if the return is due to an error on the part of Prime Construction Product Inc,: this will be determined on an individual basis.

Shipping: Most items are in stock and will be processed within 72 hours after you place your order online. Exceptions do occur. These exceptions include special orders that are directly shipped from the manufacturer, and can also include any items that are backordered from the manufacturer, which may take additional time for delivery (7-10 business days). Orders received after 2:30pm Eastern Standard time will typically be processed the following business day. On Fridays after 2:30pm, and on weekends, orders will be processed on the following Monday.

The shipping cost is based on the dimensional weight of your items. This information will be displayed when you are reviewing your order before clicking for the final submission of your order. If you need a pre-estimate for your shipping cost, add any item to the shopping cart, and click the SHIPPING ESTIMATE, located at the bottom of the shopping cart page. You will be prompted to enter the STATE and ZIP CODE for the delivery address. This feature will calculate the shipment methods and prices for your order.
